Dear PSMS 20 Community!
I want to start by wishing all of our Mothers a Happy Mother’s Day and look ahead to wish all of our Fathers a Happy Father’s Day. I would like to thank all of our Veterans on Memorial Day who made the ultimate sacrifice for our great country.
We enter the month of June with lots of work to do but also with much to celebrate. Our students are immersed in rigorous work as we look to be on grade level by the end of Marking Period 4. Marking Period 4 and the summer months are critical for our students to begin preparation for SY 26-27.
Recap
In May, we as a community took time to honor and acknowledge the hard-working teachers at PSMS 20. Our teachers work tirelessly in creating a nurturing environment that meets our students’ needs. In addition, we hosted an Open-Door Day for Parents where classrooms were visited, financial literacy was presented to us, and we even exercised as a community! We capped off May with Broadway Jr’s rendition of High School Music. Our students were incredible.
Lastly, I want to thank our entire community for coming together and celebrating our “30 years at 20” celebration. It was a great event!

Summer Months:
Summer should be time spent with family. It should also be time to refine skills and to stay sharp ahead of September! Parents, be sure to ask your child’s teacher for Summer Packets and to encourage your child to READ-READ-READ!
I wish everybody a healthy and happy Summer!
Congratulations to all of our Seniors as they move onto High School! You got this!
